San Miguel de Allende, Querétaro, Mineral de Pozos, Rodríguez are cities in Mexico’s heartland. These photographs are a humble homage to the casual, colorful, provincial yet refined poetry I saw everywhere. Like any book about a place, it is of course basically a conversation between an infinite subject and a rather finite observer.
